Screen printing

Using a stencil, traditionally created from silk but now commonly fashioned from polyester or nylon for enhanced durability. This stencil, more commonly referred to as the screen, serves as the blueprint for the desired image or design.

Positioned meticulously over the item you want to print on - whether fabric, paper, plastic, glass, metal, or wood - the screen becomes a tool for focussing the ink, guided by the precise action of a squeegee.

There is a real art to executing great screen prints. The process is awesome at producing bold, uncomplicated designs at scale.

From vibrant apparel like T-Shirts and hoodies to hats and bags, screen printing excels in delivering vivid, enduring prints with rich, opaque colours.

While screen printing is one of our favourite methods for executing simplicity, it may prove less efficient and cost-effective for intricate, multi-coloured designs and small print runs compared to digital printing.
